At Missamé, we take pride in crafting custom, one-of-a-kind items made especially for you. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at vip@missame.com, and we’ll work with you individually to make things right. To expedite the process, please include the following information:

  • Name on the order
  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos that clearly show the problem

Important: We are not responsible for errors such as misspellings, grammatical mistakes, issues with the quality of original images provided, ordering errors, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please carefully review your order details before submitting.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase to process the return.
