Where are your products made?
- All soap products, jewelry, and acrylic items are handcrafted in the USA. Apparel, drinkware, and outdoor decor are also manufactured and printed in the USA.
- Lash products, bath tools, beauty tools, and packaging boxes are made in China.
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where are the others?
- Items in your order may ship separately, so the rest of your products could still be on the way. Please check your tracking numbers for updates.
Do you ship to other countries?
- Yes, we ship to Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. However, please note that not all products are eligible for shipping to these countries. You will be notified during checkout if an item cannot be shipped to your location. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, fees, or taxes.
Can you guarantee my order will arrive by a specific date?
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. The dates shown are estimates, and factors like weather conditions or shipping delays can affect arrival times.
How do I return my item?
- As our products are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns. However, if your product has a defect, please contact us with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
- If your order was shipped via UPS SurePost, please note that UPS typically marks the package as "delivered" once it has been handed over to your local post office for the final leg of delivery by USPS. This status does not mean the package has arrived at your address yet. Please allow a few additional days for your order to reach you.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery process is in the hands of the carrier. Please check around your property, as the delivery driver may have left the package in an unexpected spot. If you live with others, check if someone accepted the package on your behalf.

If you still can't find your package, contact your local post office for assistance. They may be able to provide the GPS location of the delivery. Also, note that shipments are sometimes marked "delivered" a day or two before they actually arrive.
Can I remake my purchase?
- We want you to love your purchase! If there’s a defect, we offer a 30-day remake policy from the date of purchase. Contact our support team for assistance.
My item looks different from the online listing.
- We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Some listings may use digital renderings to show how the final product will look. If your item differs from the description, or appears to have a defect, please send photos and your order ID to our support team for review.
