How long after ordering is my order shipped?
Production time is the period during which your order is in our production queue until it is made. Please note, during high-volume periods such as the holiday season, processing times may take an additional 1-2 business days.

Which carrier do you use?
We primarily ship all items with UPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle the delivery once it arrives in your country.
Here’s a breakdown of carriers we use based on location:
- USA Domestic Orders: UPS with USPS as the last-mile partner
- USA Priority Orders: FedEx
- Canada Orders: UPS (equivalent to First Class International service)
- Europe, UK, and International Orders: UPS with local carriers handling final delivery

I got a tracking number, but the package is not found in tracking.
If there’s no information available for your tracking number, it may be because the carrier hasn’t processed your parcel yet. Tracking information should appear once the item has been scanned into the system.
How long does it take to arrive?
Here are the estimated delivery times based on location:
- USA: 5-7 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia/NZ: 10-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 14-20 business days
Do you process orders on weekends?
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Pacific Time). We do not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. If we detect an error, we may contact you for an updated address, but this could delay your order. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible if you request the carrier to forward or redirect the parcel, and it is lost, stolen, or damaged.
What about customs fees/taxes?
For international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
For orders shipping to the European Union, recent changes in customs regulations may mean you are charged VAT upon delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production as soon as possible after an order is placed, so cancellation may only be possible if production hasn’t yet started. Please contact our support team as soon as possible to check. Once the order entered the production queue, we cannot cancel it.
My item is damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support at vip@missame.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Please do not return items to us without prior authorization.
My order says delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your order was shipped via UPS SurePost, please note that UPS typically marks the package as "delivered" once it has been handed over to your local post office for the final leg of delivery by USPS. This status does not mean the package has arrived at your address yet. Please allow a few additional days for your order to reach you.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery process is managed by the carrier. We recommend checking around your property for any possible delivery spots, as the driver may have left the package in an unexpected location. Additionally, if you live with others, check to see if someone else accepted the package on your behalf.
If you're still unable to locate your package, contact your local post office for assistance. They may be able to provide the GPS location of the delivery. Also, please note that in some cases, shipments may be marked as "delivered" a day or two before they actually arrive at your address.
